Combining the best that Everest Base Camp trekking in Nepal has to offer, this trek to the pristine Gokyo Lake crosses Chola Pass before visiting Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar…a Different way to see Everest!
After taking in the views of Mt. Everest and the entire Himalayan panorama from the emerald-turquoise Gokyo Lake’s surroundings, we will cross Chola Pass which lies between Dragnag (4700m) and Dzongla (4830m). From here we will carry on our trek to Lobuche, the gateway to the Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar. We will enjoy excellent sunset and sunrise views from the foot of Mt. Everest before finally descending to Lukla via Tengboche and Namche Bazar.
