All Bookings are made with Nepal Adventure Trekking & Expedition which offers a variety of tours, mountaineering, bungy jump, trekking, rafting, sightseeing, home stay, package custom  tour, Student and family tours in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.


1. On booking a trek with us you must be able to understand the risks and hazards which are involved in adventure trips. You must be physically and mentally prepared for the same. Any existing medical problems should be mentioned at the time of enquiry so that we can give the necessary guidance for a suitable trip.

2. It is important that you are adequately insured for the full duration of your trip and the insurance should cover medical expenses, injury, death, cost of repatriation,Emergency helicopter evacuation. All baggage and belongings are entirely at your own risk at all times and we will not take responsibility of loss, damage or accident to any luggage or property.


3. On confirmation of traveling with us, you will need to complete the booking / registration form and send a bank transfer for the amount of US$200/- or Euro 160/- as non refundable trip deposit. Bank details will be sent when trip is finalized. On receipt of the trip deposit, the detailed itinerary along with briefing notes and equipment checklist will be sent.

Balance of payment to be sent by bank transfer 3 weeks before arrival.

(Please note that on payments made by bank transfer, bank charges will have to be borne by the clients)

4. Pay by Western Union Transfer:

Western Union is the fastest way to pay. We can get your money in a few minutes after you send the money. So it is an ideal way to book the tours with us. You can choose Western Union Transfer if there is Western Union Service in the area where you live.  

After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the remitter, sum of money, details of your address, and Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union.

5. Child Policy:

1 -to 4 years – free of package cost.

4- to 12 years – 50% of package cost.

12+ above- full of package cost.

If your tour package includes domestic flights an extra supplement for your child will apply.


6. Should you wish to cancel; the following scale of charges will apply:


Cancellation 30 days to 2 months                             40% of trip cost

Cancellation 15-30 days before departure           60% of trip cost

Cancellation 15 days before departure                 100% of trip cost



7. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the planned itinerary, it must be realized that last minute or on the spot changes could occur with any kind of adventure travel. The unexpected may happen and adventure holidays unlike regular holidays cannot be taken for granted. Factors like weather, transport difficulty, political instability, changes in rules and policies may cause us to change the itinerary and the same will be informed to the clients should changes have to be made before trip departure. If changes occur once trip begins, the itinerary will be decided by the guide and will be in the best and safest interest of the clients.

8. Many of the places that we visit do not have the emergency and safety services that you are used to as in your area's. Hotels, lodges in remote places will not match the western standards and transportation may not be the most comfortable .You should be prepared to adhere to such conditions though we do try our best to provide the best available at each place.

9. In the event of illness, accident, emergency medical evacuation either by foot, vehicle, pack animal eg. horse or yak, helicopter or otherwise, the responsibility for the payment of such costs lies with the client and should be paid directly.

10. Flight Delay/Cancellation:

There are possibilities of flight delays or postponement due to bad weather in the Himalayan regions like Lukla,Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla etc. We therefore strongly advise you to keep an extra day or two as back up incase of this happening so that you do not miss your international flight for your homeward journey. 



11. Once a trip begins and should any one return early due to illness or any personal reason, no refund will be given for unutilized services and hotels. Any additional costs incurred due to deviation from the itinerary by the clients will be paid directly by them.


12. Booking Amendments:

 If you wish to change your booking in any way, you must contact us as soon as possible and Nepal Adventure Trekking & Expedition will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

13. Complimentary:
for all the tour plan or program in Nepal, we will provide one person complimentary for every 15 full paying people. a 50% discount on tour cost will be accorded to one person for group size of minimum 10 full paying persons. Complimentary or discounted accommodation shall be made on a twin-sharing basis-not in a single occupancy.
